Life After Sitting

Are you ever tried to stick to a fitness program and failed? Not your fault!
I just bought this promising fitness program, that with make me bulk up, loose weight and do the full frontal split in no time. I'm pumped! It's day one.
First week, I stick to the plan even if the stretching exercises are made for already flexible gymnast. Even if the workout made my heard felt like it will explode out of my chest. Even if it's a bit taxing on my schedule.
Second week. I just missed one or two workout, I will catch up next week. My job is a priority at that time, my family life too.
Third week. I feel guilty not sticking to my plan. Anyway, back to day one. I'm starting over, this time for real!
